200 Varieties - There are hundreds of varieties of cheeses that come form France alone. We carry around two hundred varieties from all over the world. We work hard to have a constant complex selection of the many types of cheeses that are made. Due to availability, or not, we sometimes have a single cheese or not. Many of our cheeses are made by small production cheese makers, some are seasonal cheeses, and some just get lost on container loads coming across the ocean. So….we will always have interesting, rich and beautiful cheeses…and not always the same.
