We
aim to carry a delightful selection of high quality cheeses made right
here at home. It is an exciting era in cheese-making, and every year there are new and better cheeses from New England and across the country. They tend to be very season sensitive as a result; the weather keeps the animals indoors all winter. Field grazing is by
far preferred to barn fed animals as it improves the taste of the milk.
Native Specialty cheeses from other states are seasonably available.
