200 Varieties - We carry over two hundred varieties from all over the world. We work hard to have a constant complex selection of the many types of cheeses that are made. Many of our cheeses are made by small production cheese makers and are seasonal. So….we will always have interesting, rich and beautiful cheeses…but not always the same.
