 The
Maine Cheese Guild formed just a couple of years ago.
There are now eighteen production cheese making farms here in the
state. Most sell their cheeses at their local farm markets and stop
production in the winter. A few are now able to keep us supplied
through out the year and the numbers are growing steadily.
