 We
aim to carry a delightful cross selection of high quality cheeses made
here at home. Every year there are new and better cheeses form the States.
It is an exciting era of cheese making, and many of them come from right
here in New England. They tend to be very season sensitive as a result;
the weather keeps the animals indoors all winter. Field grazing is by
far preferred to barn fed animals for the taste of milk.
